The black truffle has arrived at Café de la Paix!
Winter is here, and with it, that seasonal delight, the truffle! Delight in its unique flavours, unparalleled aroma and gourmet pairings at the Café de la Paix. The fragrant and flavourful black truffle is harvested at its peak from mid-December to mid-January. This "black diamond" is welcomed onto tables during the holidays, and throughout the winter season to the delight of discerning gastronomes.
For the occasion, Chef Laurent André presents a dedicated menu featuring truffles:
