New dessert cart in the Winter Garden
Prepare yourself for a display of light and airy textures whipped up by our pastry chef Dominique Costa. You can now admire his handiwork on a colourful dessert cart in our fabulous Winter Garden.
Discover delicious new pastries such as the crispy sphere of 70% cocoa chocolate filled with lemon confit, citrus crumble, sponge cake, two-lemon cream and 4-citrus mousse (pink grapefruit, blook orange, lemon and lime) and a crispy almond biscuit topped with lemon pearls, sponge cake, white chocolate and tonka bean mousse, crispy white chocolate and a light Philadelphia cream cheese.
These delicacies flavoured with citrus and chocolate provide a moment of sheer pleasure and comfort… all resistance is futile!
