Springtime at the Café de la Paix!

A new season, a new menu by Chef Laurent André.

This crisp, colourful and fragrant menu features fruits and early vegetables. For starters, veggie lovers can choose green asparagus from Provence, a veggie platter, creamed peas or red quinoa and a green bean salad.

From the sea, the menu proposes an Antarctic black cod with lemon-ginger sauce, pike quenelle with tarragon and not to forget the traditional sole meunière.

Other choices include Maison Tauzin poultry wings and thighs served with asparagus or oven-roasted lamb rack with an herb crust.

End your meal on a sweet note with a “dessert de Sophie”, by our new Pastry Chef! At 27 years old, Sophie de Bernardi already has a well-established career with great names of French gastronomy. For this season, she has chosen desserts from the pantheon of French pastry-making: the mille-feuille, Opera cake, rum baba and vacherin with raspberries.
