Beneath the sun at the Café de la paix, discover the culinary creations imagined by our Chef Laurent André
Chef Laurent André has created a new menu to be enjoyed this summer either on the terrace or in the restaurant. His sun-drenched fare is made with seasonal products. In terms of seafood, it features a delicious “Ceviche-style” seabass and salmon tartar, filet of red Atlantic tuna and roasted filet of red mullet from Brittany. Meat courses include breast of duck from Vendee and grilled filet of French beef. To end on a sweet note, don’t miss our scoops of ice-cream made by Master ice-cream maker Philippe Faur.
